Mailmondo provides an AI-driven email productivity service in the form of an email add-on for Gmail, Outlook, and other providers. A complete list of features and services is available on our website.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features or functionalities at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

By using our Service, you affirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are legally and mentally fit to engage in a binding agreement.
• You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms
• Our pricing and available plans are detailed on our website under the "Pricing" section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through Stripe or other authorized payment processors using accepted methods, primarily credit cards.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email, substantiated with clear reasoning, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not guaranteed.

Trial Periods

Mailmondo offers a 14-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged automatically for the selected plan unless canceled before the trial expires.

6. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree not to:
• Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, phishing, or spamming.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our software or any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in embargoed countries or for individuals/entities on government watchlists.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices, including compliance with applicable privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

8. Third-Party Services

Mailmondo integrates with platforms like Gmail and Outlook. By using our Service, you agree to abide by the terms of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for their performance, data practices, or any resulting damages.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Mailmondo retains ownership of all intellectual property, including software, content, trademarks, and logos. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service. Misuse or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Mailmondo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Mailmondo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or security breaches.
• Mailmondo's total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service in the 12 months preceding the incident.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mailmondo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, including breaches of these Terms or violations of third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration. Users waive the right to pursue legal action in court or participate in class-action lawsuits. Arbitration will occur in Berlin, Germany, under German law unless otherwise specified.

13. Security Disclaimer

Mailmondo takes reasonable steps to ensure data security but cannot guarantee absolute protection. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring their email accounts comply with security best practices.

14. Termination of Service

Mailmondo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or non-payment. Termination does not entitle users to refunds unless specified otherwise.

15. Force Majeure

Mailmondo is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.

16. Notifications

Mailmondo will communicate changes to these Terms or the Service through email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such updates.

17. Export Control

Users affirm that they do not reside in embargoed or restricted regions and will not use the Service in violation of export laws.

18. Children's Online Privacy Protection

Mailmondo's services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

19. Copyright Infringement Reporting
